When you order from Blooms, we operate under two core tenets:

1. We are looking to source the freshest, highest quality blooms possible, and
2. We seek to offer excellent customer service.

 

In pursuit of those goals, we practice the following procedures in our business:

1. We personally select the best flowers available at the wholesale markets each week.
2. We use only fresh blooms every week, never holding flowers over from one week to the next.  You can rest assured that the flowers in your arrangement will be fresh and new this week.

 

Because of this business model:

1. Our flower type, color, and selection changes every week.
2. We have no “standard” mass-produced arrangements, like you would expect to find when ordering from a wire service, where the selection rarely changes.  
3. Our florist creates only one-off designs, which are new, unique, and custom with each flower composition leaving our studio.

 

This practice allows us to use the freshest, best quality blooms available on a weekly and seasonal basis. When you order from Blooms, order with confidence.  

Our satisfaction guarantee:

• If you aren’t happy with an arrangement from our studio, we will replace it with a new one as soon as possible. If you haven’t had a highly satisfactory experience, we want to know so we can make it right. 

 

What to expect when you order:

1. Choose which design you prefer
2. Choose the amount you would like to spend on the arrangement. Tax and delivery are added during checkout.
3. Input the pertinent payment and delivery information. 
4. Include any optional information you would like us to know — for example, the recipient’s favorite color is pink, she likes gerbera daisies, etc.– and we will do our best to match those details whenever possible.

 

If you have a custom order, something specific that you need (such as yellow roses or an arrangement all in white), order in advance and, again, we will try our best to fill that request. Special orders placed during the week will be available by the following Tuesday.
